I have been towing for about 15 years. I started Cruz 24HR Towing in April of 2008. I am located in Rockford IL. I started out with a little 1 ton Ford Rollback which served me well for 2 years. I recently upgraded to a Freightliner Rollback as I needed something a lttile bigger. My company is starting to grow to the point that I am considering getting a 2nd truck and hiring a person to work part time before winter gets here. It's getting to the point where I can't keep up on my own. I am on the city's rotation list and have quite a few accounts. I don't really deal with motor clubs. I don't do repo's or private property towing. I have lived and worked as a mechanic in this area for 23 years. So I know a lot of people and especially in the automotive industry which I think helped my company progress as fast as it did. I try to treat every customer as I would want my grandmother to be treated. And trust me, they all come back and send their friends.
